Position: Accounting Officer
Location: Maybunga, Pasig City
Duties:
Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.
Daily recording of transactions (e.g. Disbursements and Petty Cash)
Update and maintain the general ledger.
Prepare books for creating financial reports.
Inventory management/reconciliation.
Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions.
Use knowledge of Taxation to comply with reporting requirements.
Prepare other financial reports to Management as deemed necessary.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Accountancy or any Accounting-related courses
At least 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience is a must
Must have experience in AP and Petty Cash
Must have experience in recording and bookkeeping
Can work independently
Very proficient on working around MS Excel
Knowledgeable in some of the Accounting's best practices
Knowledge in BIR Reporting is a nice to have
Great interpersonal skill is a nice to have
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ONSITE
WILLING TO WORK ASAP
