Accounting Officer - cost, general ledgerSteelAsia Manufacturing Corporation

Main Responsibilities:
Oversee the SteelAsia group's plant accounting
Review and consolidate final product cost summary reports and ensure that all costs related to production are captured and recognized by the respective entities in time for monthly, quarterly and year-end closing
Handle the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities of the company's non-operating entities
Recording and prepare of the following on a timely and accurate manner: product cost summary, journal entries, account payable journal entries, intercompany schedules, bank reconciliations,tax information/data, monthly and quarterly management financial statements, BIR, internal and rxternal audit schedule, annual statutory financial statements
Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities as necessary
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Required languages: Filipino, English
At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required Skills: Philippine Financial Reporting Standards, Philippine Accounting Standards, Taxation, MS Excel, Accounting Software, Inventory Costing, Statutory Financial Statements, Communication, Detail Oriented, Results Oriented
Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
Preferably Supervisor/Officer level employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting, General Ledger or equivalent.
Able to permanently work at the Head Office, BGC, Taguig City
Able to travel to visit the plants / sites within the Philippines whenever necessary
