JOB DESCRIPTION: In charge of processing purchase orders Process accounts payable, depending on role Process reimbursements of employees (allowances, expenses, deliveries, services amongst others) Regularly generate, analyze and daily updating ofinventory Auditing of Pop Merchandise and freebies for the whole region Monitoring and processing of all reward and penalties programs Monitor Region's revolving fund of all incoming ang outgoing transactions JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting With at least 2 years of working experience supervisory experience is a plus Adept computer skills and proficiency using programs like Microsoft Excel Advanced math skills to keep accurate records Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with clients regarding sensitive topics like billing and payments Excellent organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial records for a company Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company's records Multitasking in order to successfully handle multiple accounts, at various stages of execution Excellent efficiency for handling any accounting issues quickly with minimal interference Core Skills: Technologically inclined esp. with the use of smart phones (knowledge on Viber, WhatsApp, and other related apps) Ambitious Goal and Results Oriented Passionate Independent (performs well with assigned duties and responsibilities even with minimal supervision) Team player Proactive BENEFITS: Basic salary with incentives (15k + KPI) Travel expense allowance Load allowance Dorm allowance (If necessary Shared utility expenses with other staff) Tip for applicants: Always attach your most recent and original resume when applying and check all the details.
