Duties and Responsibilities|:
•Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial
policies and procedures
•Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying,
classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts payable data
•Preparing bills and invoices
•Reconcile accounts payable transactions
•Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
Qualifications:
•Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy.
•At least 4 years of experience as Accounting Officer is required for this position.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with clients regarding sensitive topics like billing and payments
•Excellent organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial records for a company
•Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company's records and invoices
•Above average on Microsoft Office Application
•Amenable to work in San Miguel Manila (near Malacañang Palace)
