JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA plus
5-8 years experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role
Ability to synthesize large amounts of complex data into actionable information
Ability to work and communicate effectively
Excellent business judgment, analytical and decision-making skills
Knowledge of financial reporting
Strongly demonstrated the use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
JOB QUALIFICATION
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met
Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing and other transactions)
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
Manage the company's accounting, monitoring, and financial reporting systems
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
