JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
Monitors the cash flow of a company on a daily basis, making periodic analysis by the use of certain investment skills and business acumen.
Responsibilities:
Monitors the coordination of the statutory audit, year in year out, and resolves all possible queries
Maintains the efficient management of company’s bank accounts
Manages and maintains all financial records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers for the generation of financial statements
Ensures the company’s banking operations and secure that all funds are appropriately banked for efficiency and returns
Provides input and advise to company which may include recommending changes that will maximize revenue and profit
Checks that the tax regulations are in compliance with established standards
Ensures the robust and efficient tax planning and filling with the relevant bodies
Keeps track of cash management system of the company and payment mechanism
In-charge of documenting all service and control standards, procedures, and policies
Prepares and periodically reviews product and process flow manuals to serve as the reference and guide for all Treasury and Fund activities.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, CPA is a must.
With at least 5-year experience in the banking sector.
Proficient in communicating with the management and staff of the company
Ability to assign duties and manage a team effectively
Self-motivated individual with effective organizational skills
Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus
Must be proactive, with the ability to meet and surpass project deadlines
Possess exceptional analytical reasoning skills to think problems thoroughly and generate solutions
