JOB PURPOSE:
Preparation and maintenance of accurate accounting records (assets, liabilities, equity, income, and expenses). Assist in the analysis and effective implementation of all accounting control policies and procedures. Reporting requirement with regulatory agencies.
KEY ACCOUNTABLITIES:
Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting procedural standards.
Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
Assist in providing schedules and response to annual BIR audits and IC verification.
Regular reconciliation with CCD on collection variances.
Assist in reconciliation with balances per books and per system.
Ensure confidentiality of financial reports and schedules.
Comply with all new statutory issuance's, regulations and ruling.
Other duties and projects assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of methods and practices used in accounting, BIR, SEC rules, laws, and compliance.
With analytical skills
Excel proficiency
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Minimum of 3 years people management experience
CPA Board passer
Communicate effectively (both orally and in writing)
Ability to work cooperatively with other employees, management and external agencies to maximize performance and results
Detailed oriented and organized
Flexible and with initiative
