Education background: Bachelors/Masters Degree Major: Finance & Accounting
Above 5 years in experience in related Task & Duties
Accounting System Experience
Strong knowledge in General Accepted Accounting Principle
Knowledgeable in End to End accounting process payable & disbursement.
Preferred CPA but not required
Seminars related to Taxation, Finance & Accounting Matters

Responsibilities:
1、Develops and reviews accounting financial standards in financial accounting software. Monitors the accounting review journal entries, reconciliation and variance explanation. Ensures all accounting transaction are performed correctly on time
2、Prepares and submits monthly financial report on schedule time to Headquarter and ensures the accuracy & correctness of financial report.
3、Develops and reviews Financial and Accounting policy & procedure. Organizes training and prepares SOP(standard operation manual).
4、Manages daily operation in finance, accounting and tax filing. Supervises the day-to-day operation of the financial department.
5、Reviews monthly and annual tax report ensuring no penalty related to tax issue and meet the requirement of tax compliance.
6、Reviews new customer financial report for credit limit and credit term.
7、Ensures appropriate financial control.
8、Cooperates with external auditors to carry out the annual external audit process.
9、Other tasks assigned by HQ financial team
