Job Description
Primarily responsible for the overall management of the Accounting Department involving administrative supervision and control of the division's activities and personnel.
Review and approve BIR tax return and other statutory requirements
Ensures compliance in BIR requirements
Recommends process improvement policies and procedures to improve work efficiency
Oversees general activities including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger, accounting and financial statements such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements and other reportorial requirement
Make sure that all government mandated remittance / reports are accurately done
Ensures reconciliation of processed work by verying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of BS Accounting
At least 5 years work experience, in managerial capacity
Certified Public Accountant
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills
