₱ 45,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to daily, month and year-end processes of the following: o accounts payable, accounts receivables, payroll, cash receipts, treasury, general ledger, and taxes.
- Assists with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and internal audit programs.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principals.
- Ensures compliance with all government & regulatory agency requirements.
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
- Performing other assignments as may be assigned by the President GM.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
5 years of experience
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Accounting Software, Finances, Time Management
