Responsibilities:
Handles the preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual consolidated financial statements of Intragroup and other reportorial requirements of accounting
Oversees the day-to-day operations are properly executed
Manages the payable function ensuring timely and accurate payment of company payables.
Responsible for ensuring proper tax treatment on all transactions; and for compliance with government, tax, and other external reporting requirements.
Ensures the implementation of all applicable tax regulations
Ensures timely and accurate processing and recording of transactions in accordance with financial and accounting standards and established policies and procedures
Ensures timely and accurate preparation of locators' and tenants' billings and the achievement of target collection efficiency for a given period
Monitors the funding requirements and maximize the returns on excess funds
Ensures the accurate and timely submission of financial reports to management by monitoring and matching accounting books with the management reports. Provides timely responses to corrections, adjustments, and outstanding items in the financial reports, if any.
Assures management of the integrity of Balance Sheets, Statements of Cash Flows, and Profit and Loss (P&L) Statements by ensuring the implementation and adherence of financial reporting with the generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and company directions.
Supports the CFO and Controller in the execution of projects and workflow process improvements.
With at least five (5) years of experience in experience in related functions especially in budget, treasury, billing & collection, consolidation, tax, and financial statement preparation and analysis
With leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
