Develop/strengthen Internal Accounting Controls to safe guard company assets:
1:1 Introduce cycle counts of inventories and capital assets.
1:2 Develop monitoring of Cash Balances on daily basis.
1:3 Develop a system of folow-ups for Credit And Collection, which would be both confirmatory and reconciliation of accounts.
Coordinate with the Treasury Sectionto identify cash position strenghts and weaknesses.
Enhance Working Capital Management practices through strengthening of systems and procedures.
Enhance Finacial Reporting System.
Monitoring of Daily Cash Position.
Monitoring of rade Recievablethrough System enhancement and conctant follow-ups and demand letters.
Introduce Dpartmental Expenses monitor, to compliment budgetary system develpment.
Develop system of computerization that would compliment both Financial Reports and Operational Monitoring.
Develop a system of costing procedures for the Bottling Plant, which wouod lead to a Standard Costing system.
Development of a General Ledger System.
Development of a Journal Voucher System.
Enhance/ Introduce/Strengthen Internal controls over the Petty Cash Fund.
Evaluate financial ratio-Working Capital Strength, Receivable Turnover Inventory Turnover.
Evaluate Finance & Accounting Personnel for their strengts & weaknesses.
Ensure tha Management's objectives are atained/monitored as far as financial and accounting operatriond are concerned.
