Job Description
Oversee the Finance department to ensure that all procedures and systems are consistently implemented and are in conformity with CIBI policies and generally accepted accounting standards and principles/IFRS.
Set up and formulates policies, systems and procedures and workflow to facilitate the efficient and effective flow of financial transactions and maintain the accuracy and integrity of reports and data in the financial system.
Preparation of financial statements and other management reports.
Assist the Chief Financial Officer in budget monitoring and preparation by formulating accounting budget and projected financial statements.
Collaborate with external auditors to address audit findings.
Qualifications
Graduate of Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant.
At least five years experience in managerial capacity
Knowledge in IFRS and taxation
Experience in accounting system migration is preferred
