Job Descriptions
To prepare and execute the financial report which includes preparation of monthly Financial Statements, management reports, and others which arises from time to time, and deliver such report within the deadline given by the Finance Director and management.
Responsible for preparing the group consolidated financial statements for the Finance Director and management's review and approval.
Responsible for coaching accounting associate, proper encoding and checking of all financial transactions to the accounting system, maintain and responsible for company accounting daily records involving a variety of transactions and accounts.
Perform monthly closing for management account and balance sheet account reconciliation and analysis for the Finance Director and management's review and approval.
Responsible for proper checking of checks, vouchers, official receipts, ledgers, accounts payable documents, BIR-related documents and other similar files.
Perform accounting functions for financial segment of business including preparation and analysis of monthly financial and management reports.
Record and checks accuracy of daily cash and bank transaction reports, cash deposit slips, and all others.
Checks accuracy of petty cash request, payment request, cash advance, funds transfer form
Reports to superior irregular financial transactions such as misrepresented expenses, fraud and the like.
Provides accurate report within the timeframe set by the superior or finance director.
Assists in the submission of compliance requirements with different government agencies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) etc.
Performs tasks as may be assigned by the superior or finance director from time to time.
Generally in charge for:
Daily Cash and Bank Book, Monthly Cash Position Report
Monthly Budget and Forecast Variance Analysis Report
Bank Reconciliation Report
Statement of Comprehensive Income
