Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations such as accounts payable,
maintain books and records, and inter-company accounts.
 Lead and mentor the accounting staff to ensure that the monthly deliverables are
timely and accurate.
 Prepare timely consolidated management reports and analysis.
 Prepare monthly profit and loss of business units, analysis of
deviations/fluctuations of actual results vs. budget.
 Lead annual audit process and ensure compliance with reportorial requirements.
 Ensure compliance with government regulations and remittances
 Enhance financial checks and controls by formulating policies and procedures.
Create and maintain checks and controls to ensure integrity of the financial state
of affairs of the firm.
 Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Experience with an external audit firm is required
Experience in internal audit id required
