Responsibilities:
Facilitate and ensure the timely preparation, submission, and payment of tax returns, including the submission of annual BIR and SEC filing requirements.
Assist external auditors during audits of taxes and compliance transactions.
Review corporate tax policies and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with government regulations.
Keep up to date with the latest tax laws and regulations and ensure that the company is compliant.
Qualifications:
CPA with at least 5 years relevant experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive work attitude and high level of integrity.
Ability to develop strong internal relationships across the business with all key stakeholders.
Demonstrate a high level of analytical skill in preparation of the tax computation, reconciliation and analysis of tax practices.
Proficiency in MS Office
