Responsibilities:
Handles overall management of the Accounting Department
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
Supervise Accounting associates, overseeing budgeting and forecasting.
Oversee the work of Accounting associates, review financial statements, and prepare reports for upper management.
Requirements:
Leadership, Management and Organizational Skills
Mathematical Proficiency
Detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills
A graduate of Accountancy or Finance-related courses
CPA is not required but an advantage
Has more than 5 years of relevant experience.
