Lead, manage, and ensure compliance with general accounting principles, company policies, and external audits
Review accounts payable vouchers, fund transfer, and check vouchers generated by the senior accounting associate - account payable ensuring that journal entries are correct.
Bank Reconciliation
Review costing entries
Generate monthly actual profit & loss (P&L); analyze each profit & loss account, ensuring that all costs are booked based on actual documents and accrued based on budgeted amounts.
Review all reports submitted by the team and ensure the correctness of bookings on the system
Finalize Financial Statement reports
Preparation of Monthly Reports
Reconciliation of Rental Balances
Updating and enforcing of Accounting policies
Qualifications
Must be a Certified Public Accountant - CPA
Must be willing to work in Rockwell Center, Makati City
