JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversee the day-to-day monetary operations, incoming and outgoing payments, budget creation, accounting and financial reporting, planning and controls.
To ensure that the finance team are informed of their roles responsibilities and expectations and to provide with appropriate, timely and accurate information, training and on-going development.
Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing need, ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements.
Manage the preparation of the Company's budget.
Report to management on variances from the established budget and the reasons to those variances.
Assist management in the formulation of it's overall strategic direction.
Interpret the Company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities.
Assist Compliance officer with the documentation required him/her to do his/her job satisfactorily.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be graduate of BS Accountancy.
Must have at least 3 years experience in Accounting.
Preferably CPA
Willing to work in Pasig City
