Accounting Manager (fp & a)SM Retail, Inc. - Corporate

The Accounting Manager will be responsible in providing top management with a concise financial situation of business units under the Group. He/She will work with the Business Units in the financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of their business performance. He/She may also be required to create and build financial models for special projects undertaken by the company.
Responsibilities:
Explain the financial situation of a Business Unit by conducting a quantitative analysis
Recommend financial actions by assessing different options in relation to the Business Unit's goals
Coordinate with and assist the Business Units in the preparation of the budget, financial analysis and forecasts, and variance analysis by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information
Monitor financial budget, funding projection and fulfilment for special projects
Key Competencies, Education & Work Experience:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy; should be Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
At least 5-6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Demonstrated knowledge in corporate finance and strategic planning.
With advance knowledge and skillset in SAP Finance System
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
