JOB REQUIREMENT: GRADUATE OF BS. ACCOUNTANCY & ACCOUNTING RELATED COURSES
JOB SUMMARY: Preparation of AP Vouchers and Check Vouchering of different transactions that occur each time to time. Responsible in monitoring of transactions that will comes in and out. Prepares other needed request such as telegraphic transfer, managers check and Tax Certificates.

Replenishment - Sales Representatives ( Manila, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao Area)
Check Preparation of CD
Preparation of Managers Check
Preparation for Electronic Transfer and Payment ( E- Link )
Answering phone calls
Periodically (Weekly, Monthly, Annually)
Check Preparation of Deliveries
Check Preparation for Others Billings
Check Preparation of Agencies( Recruitment/ Casual )
Check Preparation of Security Agencies
APV & Vouchering of Payroll, Contributions & Loans ( SSS, PHIL., HDMF, MGPF [Provident & Pension Funds])
Monitoring of Quarterly Business Tax Permits of Branch
Check Preparation of other billings forwarded by bmd, hr & purchasing
Process for payment for smart & shell
Process request of sponsorships & solicitation
Payroll Rank & File (Closing)
Preparation of Tax Certificates for Suppliers
Occasionally ( Audit, Emergency, Etc)
Respond to Audit findings from MGCI Auditors, Filing of Check Vouchers
Orient new sales representatives regarding to replenishments ( do's and don't's )
