Prepares weekly production and admin payroll
Monthly and quarterly computation and remittance thru Electronic Filing and Payment System of tax withheld, value added taxes and income tax.
Annual processing and renewal of permits and clearances: Business Permit, Fire Safety Inspection Certificate, Environmental Clearance, Locational Clearance, and Sanitary Permit and Barangay Clearance.
Regular preparation of BIR, SSS, Pag-ibig and other related remittances and contributions
Summarizes sales every month needed in the computation of value added tax and expanded tax
Supports the Purchasing Team with the Material Requirements Summary computations for purchasing related items
Conducts meeting with Production personnel when needed
Leads and guides the accounting staff
College bachelor's degree
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
At least 5 years work experience in an accounting function
Ability to operate well and independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented and has good time management skills
Must be able to fulfill the following roles as the Accounting and Admin Lead for Northstar Bags:
Overall, in-charge of the accounting and administrative department.
Manage all financial aspects of operations including financial audits, internal financial reports, tax reports, commercial agreements
Implement financial process and policy where relevant to ensure the company is reporting all financial and other information accurately and in a time
