Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Preparation of Month End Accounts and Management Reporting including:
Month-end analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, posting month-end journals (accruals and prepayments), and completion of supporting month-end spreadsheets
Ability to assist in a Full Function Accounts process as required, including:
Accounts Payable: process invoices, purchase orders, payments, and liaising with suppliers
Cash flow management
Payroll
fortnightly/monthly staff
Bank reconciliations
Accounts Receivable
Payroll processing
Contribution to efficient reporting with a view to continuous improvement
Assist senior management and other departments as required
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required for this position.
CPA is a plus
Must be willing to work full time in Quezon City
Hands-on full function accounts experience
Problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to identify
issues and suggest solutions
Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
