ACCOUNTING IN CHARGE
 
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or any business-related course
With at least 1yr experience, preferably from the logistics, freight, and transport industry but not necessary
Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and can do multitask, organized and results-oriented and can work in a fast-paced environment  
Honest, trustworthy, hardworking, and highly competent
Well organized and has the ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks
Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
With Gen. Accounting knowledge, must be skilled in the use of excel spreadsheets (MS application), must be skilled in dealing with financial and numerical data
Must have excellent working habits and be willing to go the extra mile to finish the job on time
Must be mentally and physically fit and willing to learn and accept new challenges
Must be willing to work in Mandaue City area but open for travel when needed
Preferably who can start immediately
SCOPE:
Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable, Collection, follow up AR
Sending, monitoring, recording of Payment and Accounts Payable
Coordination with Head office Accounting Department
Accounting Related Reports
Costing of Service transactions
Other Accounting related tasks
