ACCOUNTING HEAD
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.
Computer literate; workable knowledge in MS applications.
Knowledgeable in accounting systems and can develop and implement procedures and features to enhance workflow and maintain a high level of accuracy of the department.
Strong analytical and statistical skills for complex problem-solving.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setting-up the full spectrum of Accounting Department and improve the policies procedures.
Maintaining relationship Internal and External Auditors and banks.
Manage all Accounting activities including: accounts payable, purchasing, receivables and collection, depreciation, reconciliation, Compliance.
Make and review financial reports and accounting statements to ensure their accuracy.
Review the existing procedures and practices and other improvement areas and provide recommendations to the findings discovered.
Ensures legal compliances such as BIR, SEC related matters.
Maintains staff job results by coaching, counseling, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
