Accounting headTSUBAKIMOTO PHILIPPINES CORPORATION

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Check Daily transactions, including accounts Payable/Receivable
· Check Month-end and Year-end closing Reports
· Check the system accordingly ( Accounts and transactions )
· Monthly Checking of Manual Books Entry
· Prepare budgeting reports to TSL, cashflow and forecast revenues
· Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual BIR Reports
· Report Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually the Financial Status of TPHC
· Respond to Tax and Accounting related issues
· Attend all BIR matters
· Participate in regular tax audits and BIR new updates
· Coordinate with the Auditor's
· Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company's targets
· Supervise Accounting Department
· Any other duties as when assigned by Manager and TSL Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting ( CPA certification is needed )
· At least 5 years of experience in related field
· Outstanding tax knowledge of local regulations
· Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills
· Solid understanding of accounting software and MS Office
· Good communication and organization skills
· Knowledge in NAV system is a must
