Job Description
THE ROLE:
Ezy Service Centre Corporation is seeking for an Accountant who will provide services to one of our clients based in the Australia.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide end to end accounting support to offshore clients.
Prepare monthly account analysis/reconciliations of all corporate general ledger accounts.
Manage intercompany accounting and intercompany reconciliations.
Prepare with high level of accuracy all relevant bank reconciliations.
Perform invoice coding for non-standard payments.
Research month end expense variances to budget and tally previous year expenses.
Ensure internal controls are establish and observed.
Assist in the preparation of compliance and annual external audit.
Facilitate audits required by third parties such as vendors, customers, taxing authorities, etc.
Leadership as needed, for standard and ad hoc reporting requirements.
Work with managements to help resolve questions regarding financials.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS/CERTIFICATIONS:
University degree in Accountancy and/or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
1-2 years’ experience in Finance Reporting, Taxation and Auditing
Knowledgeable in accounting software preferably SAP Quickbooks, NetSuits or Xero
A strong understanding and knowledge of AU accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations is a plus.
Experience working in ad-hoc projects related to ERP software implementation.
Very good written and oral communication skills.
Team Player and Collaborate well with others.
Work with less supervision and can act and operate independently with minimal supervision.
Exhibits high attention to details.
Willing to work on-site in Ortigas.
