As the Finance Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day transactions of the Finance Department which includes the preparation of reports, projections, analysis, monitoring of sales, manpower, and other relevant tasks.
What You Will Do:
Oversee the operations of the Finance department and handle a team responsible for accurate and timely reports.
Strategize ways to improve the company finances, reports, compliance, etc.
Prepare weekly reports on sales and income, profit and losses, expenses, financial statements, etc.
Monitor sales, expenses, payables, and receivables and ensure they will be settled promptly.
Coordinates with other departments in monitoring their compliance with the budget and suggests ways to optimize their allotted budget.
Handles compliance such as tax, permits, employee benefits, and reports that will be relevant to business compliance.
Analyzes the business's financial status and recommends ways to improve cashflows and improve business performance.
Deals with suppliers, vendors, employees, and customers whenever necessary, especially with finance concerns.
Other tasks relevant to Finance.
What We Look For:
Graduate of bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
Certification and Licenses (i.e., CPA) is an advantage but not a requirement.
With at least 3 years of experience working in Finance; experience working in the Retail Industry is a plus.
With strong analytical skills, is data-driven, and has strong communication skills.
Keen to details and can provide accurate and timely reports.
Has experience in utilizing and navigating software tools such as MS Office and other related software tools.
Amenable to work on-site in any of our 3 hubs (Pasig, Mandaluyong, QC)
