Qualifications & experience
B.S. Accounting graduate or any related course;
Good in oral and written communication;
Proficient in excel and ms word;
Meticulous and attention to details;
Systematic and organized;
At least two (2) years experience on the position applied.
Tasks & responsibilities
Supervises and coordinates accounting related functions such as check, disbursement, invoices, receiving report, purchase order and other accounting related activities;
In close supervision of the Cost Control section in checking daily sales of F&B and auditing of all Club's inventories.
Checks and reviews computation made by Food Checkers daily.
Summarizes numbers of functions events on a monthly basis.
Submits and checks transmittal report on sales for Accounting use
Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by immediate head.
