Job Description:
The Accounting Close Reference Data Team supports the entire DB Finance organization (covering all regions), through the validation and implementation of static data requests as aligned with financial data standards, data and hierarchy management. The team als ensures data integrity with validations and quality checks of all Finance owned static data as utilized for the production of all Financial and Management Reporting. Your role will oversee the overall process accuracy, maximize resources through proper and effective team capacity management, expand business coverage through strong engagement and partnership with stakeholders and continuously develop the people through effective performance management and working together on their development.

Your key responsibilities
Responsible and accountable for the timely and accurate maintenance of Finance Reference Data tables as required for financial reporting, as well as establishing the appropriate control environment to support this remit
Translates senior management's strategic plans into operational plans for team execution. Supporting day to day operations, acting as escalation point on issues. Drives the implementation of remediation measures identified
Responsible for overseeing key change projects as it affects reference data topics
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or its Business- related equivalents
Proven experience in Finance, Operations and Business Process Reengineering, or Change gained from the Financial Services/Banking/BPO industry
Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience
Analytical and problem solving skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication
