The Accounting Close Reference Data Team supports the entire DB Finance organization (covering all regions), through the validation and implementation of static data requests as aligned with financial data standards, data and hierarchy management. The role ensures data integrity with validations and quality checks of all Finance owned static data as utilized for the production of all Financial and Management Reporting. You will be primarily responsible for process ownership & expertise in production activities and engage with direct clients and business partners in the delivery of tasks and escalates issues affecting production. Your key responsibilities
Validate requests as to completeness and accuracy of mandatory requirements
Implement complete and accurate requests according to SOP and based on customer instructions and standard
Execute tasks / activities in relation to process improvements / efficiency project
Investigate production issues encountered and proposes action plans to address/resolve outstanding issues
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or its Business- related equivalents
Analytical and problem solving skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication
A team player who is collaborative yet able to work independently
Excellent in Microsoft Excel
