Job Description:
The Accounting Close team ensures all transactions are correctly accounted for and provides a golden source financial information data set upon which all internal and external reporting is based. Your role will oversee the overall process accuracy, maximize resources through proper and effective team capacity management, expand business coverage through strong engagement and partnership with stakeholders and continuously develop the people through effective performance management and working together on their development. Your role will help hone your stakeholder management skills as you will have the opportunity to closely interact with senior leaders from various the various locations you will support.

Your key responsibilities
Responsible and accountable for the overall accuracy and completeness for cost bookings and confirming those via sign-offs and for SOX purposes
Supporting in day to day discussions with any internal stakeholder regarding any cost related item, including providing appropriate insights and challenge from an accounting and reporting as well as control point of view
Act as a the bridge between various finance partners to provide direction or escalation point on issues
Responsible for overseeing key change projects (i.e. IFRS 16)
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or its Business- related equivalents
Cost accounting and cost control experience gained from an Auditing firm, Share Services or BPO industry
Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience
Analytical and problem solving skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication
Knowledge of SAP R3/ S4HANA, Essbase,Cognos, Ariba on Demand and other ERP systems is an advantage
