Job responsibilities:
Handle accounts receivables
Must know how to handle bank transactions/reconciliation
Knowledge in handling rental and tenants' account
Qualifications:
1. Belongs to top TOP 10% of the graduating class, with certification from the school to support this,
2. Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures;
3. Knowledgeable in Microsoft excel and words;
4. Knowledge in Cash Management and Bank Reconciliation,
5. Ability to work independently, has people skills and team player;
6. Has analytical mind can work with minimal supervision;
7. Proficient in communication both English and Pilipino
8. Has passion and love for what he/she is doing.
9. At least one year experience in accounting works is required.
