Thsi will be hired and deployed under Generartion Epicured company which soon operate the MCDONALDS MAPLE GROVE branch.
Core Administrative
Tracks and records Accounts Payable Vouchers APV) from different sections of Finance (i.e.Treasury, Fixed Asset, Rent) ensuring accuracy of encoded data and documents at all times
Maintains and updates tracking of box series numbers for existing and new files for storage
Organizes documents for filing and coordinates with storage warehouse for safekeeping
Ensures all documents are recorded prior delivery to storage warehouse
Retrieves documents from warehouse by coordinating with HR & Office Services as needed
Encodes, sorts, scans and files Certificates of Tax
Withheld at Source (i.e. Bureau of Internal Revenue
Form 2307) quarterly
Maintains confidentiality of all Accounting records by ensuring safety, protection, and proper disposal of all documents
Relationships and Network Building
Builds and maintains a working relationship within the departments and other service providers
Adheres to company code of ethics and demonstrates McDonald's Leadership
Competencies and company values at all times
Reinforces McDonald's policies and procedures to service providers
Performance Management and People Development
Assesses own performance for mid-year and year-end reviews
Initiates accomplishment and monitoring of
Individual Development Plan
Knows, abides, and adheres to all company policies and procedures.
