Responsibilities:
The candidate will be required to handle vendor payment process and customer queries for Philippines markets.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills, working experience 1-2 years preferably in Accounts Payable and fair knowledge of accounting.
Working on month end activities which includes metrics reporting and accounting clearance activities
The incumbent shall ensure compliance with SLA and other internal guidelines of policies relating to the business area he/she is going to handle and must be controls & quality conscious.
The incumbent would be required to consistently understand and exceed customer's requirements whilst ensuring effective team- work at all times.
Oracle knowledge is preferable
The incumbent should be able to maintain high accuracy, productivity standards and should have high willingness to learn.
Keeping track of regular & urgent invoices for on time payments.
Qualifications:
Basic Knowledge in accounting; good communication skills as the candidate will work closely with different markets
Can work independently as the candidate will be dealing with different departments
1-2 years of experience in General Accounting
License: CPA an advantage
Preferred software/technical tools: Preferably Oracle but flexible
Work from Home Requirements:
Must have at least 20 mbps internet connection plan / speed
Must have a private & quiet area to work at home
Must be amenable to work in Taguig once community quarantine measures are lifted
