Qualifications:
3 years experience in accounting setting
Graduate of Financial Management, Accounting, Accounting Technology or equivalent
Computer literate, advance knowledge in Microsoft Office application
Knowledge on ERP/SYSPRO/Quickbooks/SAP
Preferably with drivers license and knows how to drive.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing / Encoding the orders in Delivery Receipt using the SYSPRO System
Monitoring and Filing of Delivery Receipt (DR)
Updating Daily Sales Report
Monthly preparation of Purchase Request form for office supplies
Encoding of weekly petty cash report
Conducting Monthly Physical Count Inventory
Other tasks that management may require.
