The Accounting Clerk- FR is responsible for collection efficiency while maintaining good customer relationships. He/ She also provides clerical support in Financial Reporting, Tax Compliance, and Bank Reconciliation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs thorough follow-up of collections
Prepares and distributes Statement of Accounts (SOA) and/or Collection Letter
Coordinates with clients regarding the collection of payments in a systematic and efficient manner
Requests 2307 from clients
Prepares the Collection List and endorses it to the respective Collector/ Rider
Performs prompt verification of collection, EWT, and depo/sits
Prepares the Daily Sales and Collection Report and the Daily depo/sit Summary
Reconciles the daily sales, depo/sits, and collection.
Verifies validated depo/sit slips for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness against the Daily depo/sit Summary
Handles collected PDC Monitoring
Proper and timely filing of Client Folders and contracts
Encoding or receipts as bills/ JVs in QB
Performs other clerical tasks such as filing and encoding
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of any business-related course
Knowledgeable in Excel and Microsoft Office
With a minimum of one year experience in Accounting
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Willing to start ASAP
Willing to Work in Cainta Rizal
