1. Prepares Day-to-day Vouchers Payable
2. Prepares BIR Reports (1601c/e, 2550m/q, 1702q)
3. Maintains Books of Accounts
4. Maintains Financial Statements(BS, IS, CF)
5. Prepares Check Vouchers for Payments
6. Prepares Bank Reconciliation
7. Maintains records of Revolving Fund Transactions
8. Files documents properly.
9. Prepares Budget/Forecasting
10. Prepares 2307 for every transactions withheld to suppliers.
11. Prepares schedules for External Auditor.
