JOB OBJECTIVE:
To provide support on Finance procedures in the stores and for financial reporting.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitors different transactions for proper recording
Maintain and update accounting records and monitoring logs
Review documents related to payment processing, collections or sales
Reconciles data between documents and systems record (per books)
Coordinates with other department or external partners for confirmation and reconciliation of data
Prepares adjustment/adjusting entries
Performs other duties assigned by the team
Responds to external and internal personnel inquiries via phone or email
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
General Accounting
Financial Reporting and Planning/Compliance
Treasury/Accounting Receiveables/Revenue
Supply/Payables/Inventory/Fixed Assets
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in any Business course, preferably in Finance/Accountancy
• Preferably with experience in Accounting operations
• Knowledgeable in MS Office particularly Excel, Google Workspace, Accounting related softwares
• Good with details and analysis
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City - Onsite
