• Ensuring that all major operations, month-end, and year-end reports are completed
accurately and on time.
• Make sure all the accounting records are filed orderly.
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
✓ Revolve fund
✓ Cash out-flow and in-flow
✓ Cash Replenishment
✓ Billing and Collection
✓ Accounts payable/Receivable
✓ Bank reconciliations
✓ 2307 of Clients / Suppliers
✓ Encoding of all receipts
✓ Any other necessary monitoring reports
Job QualificationsBS Accountancy Graduate or any related courseMinimum of 2 years in experience in the Accounting
