Accounting bookkeeper - urgent!Great Portland Marketing Inc.

Qualification:
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy/Banking and Finance.
· Ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through 3 or more years of related experience
· Ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data
· Good written, and verbal communication and collaborative skills
· Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
· Ability to analyze, compile data, and reconcile complex accounts and reserves
· Strong organizational and communicational skills
· Detail oriented
· Food processing and manufacturing industry background is an advantage
· Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
· Preferably 3-5 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Remit the received fund to the depository bank of the company.
2. Handles the revolving fund requirements of the company.
3. Handles the liquidation of the revolving fund on a weekly basis.
4. Releases check payments for the suppliers.
5. Releases approved cash advances and provide a weekly update on cash advances and their subsequent deductions.
6. Handles and consolidates employee deductions on products bought by the employees for submission to the payroll.
7. Oversee the conduct of physical count of inventories and monitor cycle count programs. Assist in the improvement of internal controls related to inventory.
8. Perform all month-end closing accounting responsibilities including checking for the completeness of accruals, reviewing expenses, and the preparation of Sales and Costing reports. Receive the sales remittances from booking salesmen and other payments from the factory outlets and other customers.
