Qualifications & experience
Must be with bachelor's degree in accounting / accountancy or other related course.
Preferably with at least 1-year related work experience
Ability to work accurately and effectively under tight deadlines.
Working knowledge in accounting system software, specifically Quickbooks is an advantage.
Tasks & responsibilities
Reports directly to the Accounting Head.
Facilitate payment of invoices due by contacting clients and issuance demand letter clients if needed.
Resolves customer accounts by examining payment plans and payment history to determine if collection demand letters need to be sent out on delinquent accounts.
Update aging of receivables and sales invoices daily.
Process BIR 2307 from client.
Monitor credit application.
Prepare check voucher and weekly report for management - finance.
Post petty cash fund in excel format - acctg.
Prepare projected weekly collections.
Other related accounting works.
