Job Descriptions
Validate forms; data report received from operations based on the actual documents encoded in the system.
Prepare billing summary for invoice preparation and provide client monthly accrual reports.
Prepare monthly sales report, comparative sales variance analysis and detail sales per client report including graph.
Assist accounting specialist for encashment of checks payable to officers and custodian.
Prepare summary of taxes withheld by clients and follow-up to client for submission of BIR form 2307 (creditable withholding tax) withheld.
Collate Inventory data Adjustment report from operation reconcile with the client's credit memo payment adjustment.
Update and monitor company purchased assets and monthly accountability report.
Perform yearly physical inventory of company asset and summary assets for disposal
Prepare reimbursement; cash advance liquidation, petty cash replenishment of officers and employees.
Check billing invoices of contractors, supplier and contracted agency including attachment. Reconcile data and recommend journal adjustment for the discrepancies.
Perform reconciliation of all company bank accounts and recommend journal entries for the adjustments.
Prepare monthly summary of company withheld taxes and vat related transaction.
Filing of all document related to clients but not limited to contract, collection letters, correspondence, invoices including attachment on per client basis.
Performs other tasks as required by Accounting Supervisor
Job Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of accounting related experience, preferably Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate.
Experienced in Excel, Word, and Accounting related system software.
Resourceful and has the ability to manage multiple task and priorities.
Good Communication skills and responsible enough to follow instructions from superior.
