ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE
 
Job description
Assists with preparation of the budget
Prepares and reconciles bank statements
Processes supplier invoices
Ensures transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
Prepares monthly financial statements, quarter reports, and reports on variances
Prepares journal summaries
Prepares cash voucher and disbursement voucher
Validates price, quantity, item description, and computations
Assist in auditing and taxation
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related course (we accept fresh graduates)
Organization, analytical, and numerical skills
Wide experience in income statement analysis
Proficient in the use of computer and Microsoft Office
Keen to details
Has experience in audit or taxation
