What you need to know about the role:
Accounting Associates are tasked to enter and code financial transactions appropriately; process payments as well as documents like invoices; reconcile invoices received with departmental billings; keep track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc; reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances; maintain historical records; pay employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks; pay vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance; prepare analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
What we need from you:
Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/ Accounting / Accountancy or equivalent,
Must have at least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field,
Must be willing to work in Pasig City
