Qualifications
With at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledgeable in using Excel, QuickBooks and other accounting related system.
Critical thinker, decision-maker and problem solver.
With ability to multi-task under pressure.
Ability to maintain high-level confidentiality.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform routine and repetitive clerical accounting and book keeping duties following established procedures
Record and receive payments request
Prepare and coordinate bank deposit activities
Check, Verify and process for signature
Record accounts receivable data
Analyze discrepancies and tracks unpaid statement accounts
Verify taxes and other deductions
Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records
Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies
Perform filing and general administrative tasks
Perform additional duties as requested by the management as and required
Maintain complete confidentiality
Any other tasks that may be assigned at any given time by the Managing Director, Executive Vice President, and President.
