* Performing the basic accounting functions.
* Handling the cash on a daily basis.
* Correcting any inaccuracies and errors.
* Performing reconciliations of all the reports
* Performing clerical duties as and when required.
* Assisting in payroll and compliance audits.
* Suggesting improvements in the budget.
* Adhering to all the accounting rules and regulations.
* Evaluate all cost receivables and payables on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting
Must be willing to be assigned in Quezon Ave. QC
Proficiency in bookkeeping software
Non-CPAs are very much welcome to apply
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of state and federal tax laws and regulations.
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
