ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATEBONFLEX PACKAGING CORP.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Payroll/GL Posting Associate reports directly to Accounting Head. He/She ensures that data are correct and timeliness of amount paid to employees.
Payroll processing
Accounting for all payroll deductions and remittance of government contributions and Union dues. Ensures that the amount remitted tally with the amount set up and remitted on time.
Annualized computation of compensation tax.
Preparation of annual alpha list and BIR form 2316.
Verifying billing statements for external service providers.
Posting to subsidiary ledgers and balancing versus Balance Sheet and Income Statement.
Back up for AR Processing.
Any Accounting function that may be assigned by the Accounting Head
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in the use of computer and Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PPT)
Strong interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written communications
Graduate of 4 year Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/ Business Management or related degree
At least 2 years of work experience in a related field
Intermediate operations in HRIS and Accounting software
