BRIEF STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for day to day recording/ cheking of transactions related to disbursement and inventory transactions
Handles inventory count procedures (monthly, quarterly and annually)
Maintains inventory monitoring in Quickbooks
Prepares monthly reports on gross profit analysis, summary of inventory purchases and cost of sales
Does month-end accounting entries, schedules and reconciliations relation to inventory balances/purchases, cost of sales, PPE lapsing, among others
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; exposure to bookkeeping, inventory and general accounting-related work experience is a plus
Knowledgable in Quickbooks or other ERP applications
Should have good analytical skills
good communication and people skills
Team player
Good excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to work under pressure and maximixes time management
Other ad-hoc responsibilities
