Key Responsibilities
Responsible for recording general accounting functions in the system
Maintain understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
Responsible for the accurate and timely monthly financial report closing.
Prepares monthly's variance reports Actuals vs Targets
Daily Cash Sales Validation per subsidiary
Daily Recording of Processed Purchases per subsidiary
Daily Sales Recording - Cash and Aggregates
Daily Checking of AP Aging/Tracker
Encoding Invoices at Receivable Module
Preparation & Filing of BIR 1702Q
Reconciles Accounting System Modules and Subsidiary's Ledgers - AR Aging
Review Detailed Trial Balance
Recording of Journals - Revenue and Recurring Expenses and Accruals (Such as Prepayments, Lapsing, Revenue, Accruals & Reclassification of Accounts)
Monthly Update of Sub Target vs Actual Sales
Preparation of Financial Statements and Variance Analysis Reports Actuals vs Targets
Recording of Journals - Adjustments resulting to reconciliations
Other works may be assigned from time to time
Assist on APV processes
BIR reportorial for other Subsidiary
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related business courses
Good communications skills
Can work flexible extended hours
Can work under pressure and under minimal supervision
Can handle on-site audits
Must be willing to report to the office in BGC, Taguig if needed
